How does your party differ from other nationalist parties?

Our party differs from all previous parties that ceased to exist now - the Russian National Unity, the National Republican Party of Russia, and so forth - in that we have a coherent ideology.

Our world outlook is called "Russism." Russism means white internationalism, the brotherhood of white peoples. White people are now in the minority - an ethnic minority on the global scale with a little more than eight percent. So we are in favor of a unified European home, unified white peoples.

We do not confine ourselves to narrow, parochial nationalism, Chechen or Bashkir-style - minor ethnic groups who feel insecure about their future; we fling open the gate into the past, 1,500 years back, when there was one people, one white people.

Are you planning to come to power?

Coming to power is definitely our objective. We are not some interest club, you know, stamp collectors or military-history buffs or monarchists. What we seek to do is identify the trend toward racial consciousness that is reviving in society. Today the perestroika generation, born in 1985, is starting out in life. These are very young people yet, but in two years they will be the gunpowder of revolution. Russia has entered an era of revolutions, as is obvious, say, from the process of globalization. And we are part and parcel of the world community. So whether the Kremlin likes it or not, the revolution will go on.

What is your revolution?

Our revolution is white, it's international. This slogan is gaining ground throughout Europe. It is not a specter, it's a reality. In Italy there is the Northern Alliance; in Germany, the Freedom Party; also, the Danish People's Party, the National New Party in Holland; now there is also Norway and Switzerland. We are a trend; we are moving in the European wake. So our allies today live in the West.

What will happen after the revolution?

After the revolution, we will start building a new state since globalization means a single European state led by the Russes. And the Russian people will carry on the baton it lost 1,000 years ago.

That is to say, it will be...

Initially it will apparently be a confederation of Germany, Denmark, and Russia, which we will rename Rus. But eventually it will evolve into some other unified entity. The fact is that the European community emerging at present is based on the euro. Whereas we are building our unity on the unity of blood, the genotype.

This is a science. Those who deny the science of genetics recall Stalin-era obscurantists who described it as a bourgeois slut. We are a beam of light while present-day democrats are obscurantists who deny scientific achievements. The Russian gene pool is 98 percent European; Tatars are also 85 percent European.

When we come to power, we will be able to show mankind the path that lies in the purity of the human breed, when a person must control his lust and choose his life partners, and tradition. Then all of mankind's woes will come to an end.

What are you going to do with non-Arians, who are plentiful in Europe?

So they are, and unfortunately also in Moscow. Of course, illegal aliens will be deported while stateless persons will be disenfranchised. They will be able to come and visit our countries; they will be able to work on contract, but they must not strike root in our society, marry or intermarry - that would be simply catastrophic.

Whites have created this culture, and they are in a position to deal with all problems facing civilization. Without us no one will be able to resolve them. A Turk has a different mentality from an Arian. It was not Turks who invented the telephone or designed the Mercedes or built it, but they use all these things - they cannot use them as a white person can. To talk about equality means to spit God in the face. The world must be ruled by white people; the Russian world must be ruled by Russians, with assistance from Germans and white French.

What are skinheads to you?

They come to us by themselves; they are like little moths - defenseless, vulnerable, almost all coming from broken, poor families: They are an indication of society's sickness. Skinheads are a symptom. Their appearance shows that the organism is still healthy - that is, not healthy, but has the strength to recover.

These are people who were born when there was no more domination by the Communist International; their minds were not polluted with trash; they grew like weeds, and they have grown into what they are because of their blood.

And so of course we admit them into our ranks, and we have to bring them up like fathers and mothers because no one has ever brought them up or taught them anything.

But they, I repeat, are the future of our country: They are Dostoevskian adolescents.

What is your attitude to fascism, to Nazi ideology?

The Third Reich was a product of the Russian Revolution. Had Lenin, on his way to the Smolny palace, been killed by a drunken soldier, there would have been no Hitler - nothing. Hitler set out to free Russia from the Jewish yoke and restore the Romanovs. But it was not God's will that he should win. So now we are to continue the cause of the liberation of the Russian people from the yoke.
